Delivery Policy

The store, for now, is selling digital products. The product will be sent to the registered email immediately after purchase.

Eventually, when we work with physical VetOrtoNeuro products, we will ship via multiple delivery services, with a standard delivery time between 5 to 10 business days. If the delivery is not completed, 2 more attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to the distributor.
